After a “weird” experience with another store, the service we’ve received at Poolwerx Albany creek has been second to none. They haven’t tried to “up sell” us ever and are cost conscious given the current cost of living issues, which is greatly appreciated!

took my hayward pool robot shark in, stopped working, they sent away to pool robitics, who said they pulled it apart and the motor was RS. had a second company check , they said it had not been opened up at all, just plugged in andf tested, well i had alredy done that! NOT HAPPY!

Beware. They asked me to provide my credit card details with CCV code over the phone before I even seen them. Also, they visit only before 2:30 pm.Does it mean they believe people should take a day off just to meet with them?

Have been using Poolwerx Albany Creek for over 7years, have found them to be very helpful with all pool problems, my pool has never looked better. Andrew even brought new Robotic Pool cleaner around to demonstrate how it works and gave me a ripper deal. Always served with a smile from all staff members. Highly recommend them

Friendly, honest and local! I've been a customer for 2 years since moving to Albany Creek. I've had them come out to my house to show me how to use the equipment and carry out pool maintenance. They've also helped me bring my pool back from the brink of swampdom on more than one occasion!My experience has always been really positive, these guys are always happy to help and it's a bonus to support a local business!

Great service. Good product options (they have low cost options, but also really good equipment). Can't believe how quiet the Insnrg pump is. Had them out to fix a few issues with chlorinator etc. Incredible response, really knowledgeable. Nice staff who seem to like their job. Will keep getting these guys to service our pool, as it's never looked better.

We having been using Poolwerx Albany Ck for 4 1/2 yrs and have always found the staff whether it be their instore or service staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their advice from our weekly pool water test keeps our pool always looking great and when we required assistance for a more urgent repair to the filter they were very reliable and prompt. Thanks to All the Team.
