With not knowing what to expect Peta was informative, clear with explanation and made me feel relaxed. The procedure went smoothly and looking at the before and after photos I certainly can see the differenceI look forward to seeing improvement day by day and highly recommend Coco Ruby with Pera doing an amazing job.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Craig Rubinstein and his team at CoCo Ruby. Dr Craig is professional, knowledgeable, a true expert in his field, thorough and has a wonderful sense of humour that makes you feel at ease. From my initial consultation and surgery with him to all follow up appointments with himself and his whole team I experienced high quality care and expertise. Everything was provided to assist me with my recovery and all post surgery care is clearly explained, there is no such thing as a silly question, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are literally a phone call away. Jennifer has also been fantastic, taking the time to answer all my questions about post op skin and scar management and care. I look forward to all my visits to CoCo Ruby. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is my second time now seeing Peta. Such a great experience with her. Today was my first laser app post operation. I walked in really nervous, but Peta assured me that everything would be okay, explained everything along the way. The laser itself took a whole 2 mins and was hardly painful at all. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to my next appointment :)

Absolutely amazing and beautiful people to be around. My experience from before the surgery until now has been absolutely fantastic. Every nurse i have been in consultation with has made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. As for Dr Craig, I cannot believe how amazing he is too. I have never felt so good. I highly recommend Coco Ruby to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves. I know my life has changed since going here.

Had a bad result would not recommend ...one star is not a true reflection would actually not give a star.

Sandra at Coco Ruby is gorgeous. I always find her to be positive, helpful and her work is flawless. As soon as you step through the front door you are transported into an environment that is supportive, uplifting and empowering. Everything you could want and/or need co-located under the one roof. Perfect.

Peta is always incredible. Kind, empathetic and an amazing therapist. All of the staff and nursing team at Coco Ruby are also amazing, kind and caring individuals and although my surgeries and recovery have been a bit of a roller coaster, Peta and the CR team have been there to support me. We still have a while to go to get the results I’m after, but I feel if I’m very good hands - especially with the dermal and nursing team.

Can not speak highly enough of Dr. Craig Rubenstien and all of the nurses at coco Ruby.Jessie, Mary, Victoria all are so genuine and kind. Iv had an incredible surgery experience and the aftercare is amazing here. 10/10!
