Absolutely great job, I engaged Julie to help me to settle one of my recent sold property, the settlement job for selling property is usually straight forward, however, we've had some issues on the contract, which might result for settlement date delay penalties, which Julie managed to help me successfully renegotiated a new settlement date with the Buyer's settlement agent, and has help me to avoid a couple thousand dollars of penalties, I'm highly admiring her knowledge, skills and professionalism, if you need a settlement agent please do not hesitate to choose Julie to ensure yourself a stress free and happy settlement result!Thank you Julie!!From; Lisa Lin

For the first home buyer and real estate agent recommends her, I wouldn’t recommend her and i would better find someone next time. I wasn’t knowledgeable and i just trust real estate agent(yeah i shouldn’t have). She does her Job for real estate so they can sell the house.
