No stars for this one it was a bad experience. Bites on both my arms due to bed bugs. Rooms where full of cobwebs and spiders. Floor in the shower recess where slimmy cob webs and spiders in the toilet and bathrooms donnas where filthy and the pillows where choked in dust the floors had years of dust accumulated. We had two bedrooms. One for ourselves and one for daughter and granddaughter their rooms where just as bad even to the extent that my daughters pillow smelt of spew. Both rooms had cobwebs everywhere and spiders. Now we go to the bar. Glasses where filthy and greasy it was just disgusting. The back stairs to the carpark where that bad. The rails some missing. Makeshift wooden stairs falling to peaces a real hazard. We will not be staying there again. The pub is up for sale at the price of 595 thousand. At the state of its disrepair we wouldn't offer any more than 20 thousand as the repair bill for this place would run into hundreds of thousands more.

Great historical country pub. We had a delicious dinner and the kids were entertained by toys at the pub and the playgrounds which surround the pub !

Great pub meal reef and beef and parmy. Friendly locals. Could sit out side with our dog. Good prices as well.
