The service I received on my return visits to this store was exceptional. Nothing too much for the team & even after hours service was available for nominal costs. If you have a pool & live on the Lower North Shore, this is the place - Long live Swimart Mosman.

Friendly service from John and his team. Always happy to see a smiling face at the counter.Free water tests for your pool if you bring your pool water. Also provides call out services to nearby areas.Found them to be quite competitive on pricing for pool gadgets and tools too.

1. regular, accurate, easy to process billing via email2. we never have a problem with our water, the regular maintenance visits are clearly doing the job and we don't have to do a thing3. if we ever have mechanical problems with pumps or chlorinators a free check up visit is always organised promptly and the problem diagnosed to us via an email4. they have looked after our pool for 10 years without any issues
