Schnitz

The food was absolutely divine, the chicken was cooked perfectly to produce a juicy and succulent schnitzel. Cheese and tomato sauce were combined to create a pleasing flavour that compliments the texture of the crumb terrifically. However, the customer service was basic and did not create a sense of excitement or enjoyment. The atmosphere provided an industrial feel to the room, but this was let severely reduced by the cleanliness of the eating area. The floor was swept nicely but seemed not to have been mopped in a while, although bearable the table was below par and had small amounts of leftover food. Overall the food was amazing but hygiene was not too good, I would still recommend it for sure as it may have been a one off.

I came here tonight (a Friday night around 6:30pm) to have a sit in meal. The meal itself was good, nothing to write home about but tasty. The service however leaves a lot to be desired. I can only assume the whole of the staff are being trained. 20 minutes after ordering we were told there was no gravy (based on the promotional material everywhere about gravy this stuff must be great to sell out by 7pm on a Friday!). Our order took 40 minutes to reach our table (the server had no idea what we had - it's written on his docket). Another customer who had waited equally long got his delivered in a takeaway containers to his table, this got sent back and took another 5 minutes to plate before the server took it (now cooling rapidly) on a journey around the room trying to find the table (which was right next to the server collection point). I'm pretty sure this place has been open a while and I was keen to try it. Sadly I'd have to wait a little while for the service to get better before I returned to try some of that sell out gravy!

Was a great experience, a month ago visited this place casually and asked the manager whether any of the meat is halal and was told that chicken was hence ordered chicken schnitzel and it was amazing(4/5) fries were cooked to perfection with great taste and salad was really nice as well well.Generous portions, wasn’t too big neither too small.Recently upon inquiring I was told meat is not halal anymore :( hopefully this will be halal again in future once it is will return for more :)

Had beef schnitzel with the herb and cheese crumb. Was yum! A bit thin but for the price I paid I'm not complaining. Will definitely be back! Partner had pork with spicy crumb. He loved it but definitely shouldve got 2. Service was fast and staff were knowledgable.

Terribly slow service, and the order was incorrect. A reasonably busy Friday night, we had seperate takeaway orders between four family members. Some meals arrived after 50 minutes, some took over an hour, while sit down customers who ordered after us were served before us, and had left the restaurant. Staff seemed very disorganised, with one person preparing food while several others were doing not very much. When we finally did receive our food every order had mistakes. There was missing bacon x3, sauce, avocado and a chicken schnitzel. One order was completely forgotten. There was a few ‘freebies’ offered to some family members, but overall this was poor compensation for such poor service. At no stage were we ever told there would be such a long wait. Very dissatisfied customer..!

Delicious, fresh food at a good price. Lovely staff with table service. Loved it, and we'll definitely go back!!

lots of choices for wraps, rolls and salads in chicken, beef, fish or veggie schnitzels. prices are reasonable and food came out in good time. they forgot the avocado on my order so I went up to the counter and they were super apologetic and offered to remake or give me a voucher which I really appreciated.

First time here & was not impressed. The schnitzel was partly burnt paper thin & about the size of your palm. It was more a kids schnitzel than an adults. Everybody behind the counter were falling over each other only one person plating up. Had to wait 15min in line to order. A pub schnitzel & chips is bigger & tastier than here.

Disappointing place to eat at. The food was nice but not great. They obviously have a focus on Uber Eats customers as the staff seemed reasonably busy making orders. Meanwhile, the floors and tables were dirty; tables not cleared; and there were flies just sitting on some tables not moving.Overall a disappointing experience.Their chips were good and got them a second star.
