Big shout out to Michael from customer service for his outstanding customer service. (Michael with the New Zealand accent). Michael took the time to help resolve my issue in a professional manner.

Contacted council last week about tree over hanging to my property, this tree is causing damage to my property, debris in gutters and causing leaks and a branch has also fallen and hit my head. This tree is on council property I spent thousands redesigning because of the tree as it’s on council property only to be told they won’t trim the tree, they want me to pay to have branch cut. Since this can cause harm and on council my expectation is the council would manage this.

we recently moved to this area and I missed the bin collection date. I sent an inquiry to the council and a gentleman from the council called me within minutes and after couple of hrs my bins were collected. Really impressed with the service.Thanks a lot for the great support.

Cardinia Council are horrible they have no idea how to communicate with locals, they've completely lost touch with the people who pay rates, I heard from friends how hard things are but could not believe how long thing take, just a simple I want to build this

Unfriendly , unhelpful person answered the phone unlike the last time I rang! You are there to help the public please do your job properly because I do!

Every department head in this organisation must be battling for the title of who can be the most useless. Roads not maintained, foot paths not maintained, service requests ignored and parks not maintained. These are fundamental council responsibilities - how do you continuously fail to meet the basics but expect the rate payer to keep paying your excessive rates??

Worst council I've come across till date.No responsibility or ownership of issues. No prompt reply unless you raise a request or send an email. If you voice your issue they take time to respond.Where's all that money we pay in rates and dog fees going? Dog parks are mucky and roads full of pot holes that could take someone's life

Absolutely disgusted with the recent decision. Some helpful members but the general contempt is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Complaint will be elevated.

worst possible experience dealing with the planning team. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are incompetent and not held accountable at all to anyone other than themselves. They do not follow up, don't request required documents to complete permits so they can intentionally delay things, all while expecting people to know what they need and what they are thinking. They provide false and misleading information, and play the blame game when caught out. You should all be ashamed that you put people through such stress and financial duress for their own inadequacies and lack of professionalism. If anyone ran a business like they run the council, it would be bankrupt.Someone needs to investigate this team for their lack of performance and due- diligence and hold them accountable like anyone else that doesn't work for the government.STEER CLEAR!!!!!!
