Langford Windows

Our windows are the major feature of our home and Langford Windows delivered an excellent outcome. They provided innovative design suggestions to a challenging configuration and collaborated closely with the structural designer. Communication was timely and constructive. Delivery was on schedule, quality was high and they provided very helpful onsite support. Pricing was competitive and we have experienced excellent follow up.

Would highly recommend Langford's. Getting new bifold window and door for our home was no easy thing. Our original builder couldn't figure it out but Langford's directed us to a good local builder who was on top of the job straight away.The window and door are brilliant and we love them. They completely changed the space.Ken Langford was very knowledgeable and helpful, he even came out to our home to assist in the measuring (the way our house was built was basically complicated and too technical for me to understand).I would use Langford's again definitely. The centor fly screen for the bifold door is a lovely product. I looked at a variety of suppliers and all priced similar or slightly dearer. One other supplier had clearly inferior products when I visited their showroom.Many thanks to Ken and all the team at Langfords. A very happy customer.

Excellent service and advice. Everything was made perfectly to spec. The delivery guys were really professional and offered good advice to an owner-builder. Their product is definitely better than some of the other common suppliers.

I highly recommend Langfords and would use them again without hesitation. They supplied the windows and doors for our large two level extension. The glazing was a significant cost in the total build and a critical feature of the design. Langfords gave us excellent advice with regards to frame size and colour and we modified our design accordingly. They met our delivery timeframes. The windows and doors are excellent quality. All the staff were professional and friendly. All of our issues and questions were professionally and appropriately dealt with and they were an integral part of our building team. Overall we felt in safe hands and are thrilled with the results.

My project involved replacing four separate bi-fold doors, ranging from 1800mm wide to 3500mm wide. I obtained quotations from several window / door suppliers but none inspired confidence. I visited Longford’s showroom and was immediately impressed by Sara and Amy. They are incredibly knowledgeable and were happy to explore options with us. The detailed quotation came through by email within 24 hours as promised. They happily amended the quote a number of times as I explored options. I knew from the beginning this was the firm I wanted to make my new doors...the were a cut above the rest. Langfords do not install, but Sara and Amy recommended a builder they had worked with over the years to price the installation. Dean Brockwell, Director, RAD Constructions, personally visited us to accurately measure up and provide the dimensions to Langfords. He recommended a change of specification due to our coastal location, which once again Sara priced. We signed up with Langfords and Dean, with an agreed 6 week timeline for delivery and installation. Unexpectedly, I needed to bring the install date forward due to unforseen circumstances. Everyone was so kind in working to a achieve my revised installation date. Dean liaised with Langdords to coordinate delivery and the installation commenced the next day. Four carpenters arrived on the dot of 7am and got stuck in! The skill as d professionalism displayed on a challenging project was amazing to witness. Unforeseen problems were encountered but all were resolved camly and the job was completed on time. The workmanship was of the highest order and the site was cleared of all rubbicompnd let clean and tidy. They even asked for a mop and bucket and cleaned the floor...unheard of but much appreciated. We love our new stacker doors... tFoy work like magic and have transformed our home. I cannot recommend the team of Langford Windows and RAD Constructions highly enough. For any future building projects, Dean will be my go to specialist. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed to a painless project and to achieving a great outcome.

I recently obtained four large door units from Langford Windows. They were serious units being 2.4m high and up to 6m long with double glazing. The doors are very well made and operate easily taking into account their size and weight. I installed them as an Owner Builder with the help of friends. Everyone that I dealt with at LW was fantastic and supportive including the sales people, the delivery people and especially the Principal, Ken Langford. They were very pleasant and more than happy to provide helpful advice. There was a very small problem with one door and they promptly and happily came to site to fix it. I am in love with the bifold door unit; it is solid and yet it glides so freely. As a final point, their pricing was competitive. I could not recommend them more highly.

We had a an amazing experience dealing with Langford’s with our reno and new addition. We found their showroom to be excellent and the girls we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The products produced look the part and have proved to be doing the job we wanted. The site measures , delivery and follow up were all done as promised. We researched many window and sliding door providers before we finally found Langford Windows. Those we researched had quite a few horror stories in their Google reviews, more often than not about conflicts between the window supplier, the installer, and the paying client.The reviews about Langford Windows convinced us to visit them in Cardiff NSW and talk through our requirements.Their product range and quality was very impressive and everyone we dealt with from sales/showroom staff, to on-the-floor factory staff for our final check of our order prior to delivery, the delivery staff and the service team for the after installation inspection and fine-tuning, were all very professional and a pleasure to work with.Nothing was too much trouble and we were very happy to accept their advice on any design issues/technical questions we had.We were also delighted with the installation contractor they recommended, a building services company on the Central Coast (again, very professional craftsmen who took pride in their work and were a pleasure to deal with).We are very happy to recommend Langford Windows for providing a low-stress, high-quality, on-time solution for our home renovation.
