First time dining at this club as we are new to the area. Very good club and the food was top notch. We will be coming back for sure. The view is pretty good too.

The contractors who operate the restaurant in this club need a lesson in customer service. We were visitors to the area and walked in to enquire about booking and see the menu.Simple right? The club employees were very courteous as expected and explained to us that dining enquires needed to be directed to the restaurant (a separate entity). When we approached the counter we were met by a young girl who needed a lesson in customer service. We simply asked to see the menu for evening dining and she pointed to a stack that we already looked at , labelled 2pm to 5pm. I asked a second time to see a menu for the evening to which she just gave a snide smirk. So once again, I asked to see the night time menu as we were interested to eat there that evening. Finally, after the third request we got to see one which was unimpressive to say the least. We were then going to make a reservation with her , only to find that she had walked off.It was then one of the cooks who told us to see a lady standing behind another counter about booking, only to be then told that we had to book online even though there were only two of us and we were standing there right in front of her!Needless to say we chose to go to another friendlier venue where spending our money wasn’t so complicated and unappreciated.NB I work for a major sporting club and know what is expected from venues such as this.

Restaurant manager was so nice. My husband had ordered everyone's meal but forgot the kids meal. We didn't realise until all the food had come out. Keegan the restaurant manager was able to add the meal on immediately so we didn't have to wait long for it to come out. Thank you!Food was lovely too!

Bistro was more expensive than some restaurants, ordered the 250gm scotch fillet, medium rare & it was so Ridiculously chewy and full of grisle & fat, at least 100grms of grisle couldn't eat. 2 adults and 1 child bill was over $100. Ridiculous for a Club Bistro meal, kitchen staff was rude and not friendly also ! I will Never come ever again to this masonic rip off club nor recommend to anyone!

Well, we had a wedding reception on Saturday night the 2nd of June in the reception room and it was fantastic, the staff from dish were awesome as well as the club and security staff. We finished around 9.00 so about 20 or so of us went down stairs to wait for our lifts for between 9.30 or 1000 and when we went to the bar we were met with the most toxic bartender I have ever come across.she was cutting people off, making facial expressions that we're not a good look for the clubWe were all going home at virtually the same time and are all in our 50 to 60 years old and the thirty five years I have been going to all the leagues groups clubs ihave never come across such a rude and toxic person like her. Ime sure there will be more complaints from the rest of the group because they all experienced it. I love the club the food the view the staff but I am truly disappointed about the end of night experience.
