Called to have our dishwasher repaired and receptionist Debbie went above and beyond. Instead of arranging for a repairman to come out (at our expense), she looked into our model, finding it was over 15yrs old and important parts were no longer available for it and we were better off buying a new one. Debbie saved us time and money without any personal gain (doesn't sell dishwashers). Incredible customer service! Thanks so much

I contacted Kennedy’s Casino regarding a problem with my washing machine. I found Debbie to be helpful, knowledgeable and prompt when dealing with the problem. I will have no hesitation in using this service again if needed.

Filthy shop. Rude lady at desk. Not interested in getting back to a customer needing some information. As for I'm busy. Yet to see evidence of that. Prehaps a happier face with a more welcoming attitude and who is interested in what is being said than staring at a computer screen and not interested. At least dust dear.

Amazing knowledgable service, I can’t believe that he refused to charge me any money checking my fridge, very nice , professional knowledgeable,I’m very appreciative as well directing me to the other place for repairing different issues.I will be driving for miles in the future if I needed to repair anything in my Motorhome
