Kingaroy Couriers

Needed some large items transported from Linville to Brisbane. Skye at Kingaroy Couriers was incredibly helpful. Packages were delivered on time for an exceptionally reasonable price. Great regional service!

Be aware!! Kingaroy Couriers customer service is atrocious! We ordered a pickup, they sent one of their agents to collect the package, agent took the wrong package. When advised, they tried to make it our problem and all but refused to return the item, suggesting we should organize our own courier to have it returned AT OUR COST, finally begrudgingly agreeing to POST THE ITEM TO US! Finally posted a week later, when questioned, claimed she was busy working full time and couldn't find the time to take to the post office, this from a COURIER COMPANY. In the meantime we had to replace the wrongly taken product to the bemused customer, again at our cost. We DO NOT recommend this company and certainly will not use again.

Incredibly disappointed in the poor service. Toll dropped off my item on the 12/4 and I found out on the 14/4 it was still the KC depot. I called every day and each time I was told it would be delivered “the next day”. On 18/4 I called to make sure it was being delivered only to be told it was too big and heavy. Twice they suggested I could come to the depot and pick it up myself (a 90kg air compressor). In the end I called Kingaroy Crane Trucks to get it for me and deliver to my home (at my own cost). Kingaroy Couriers had my compressor for 6 days and still wouldn’t deliver it :(

Living in the country and away from town, was so glad the company would deliver it fridge to our deck at home (we live 30 mins away) Great service

Kingaroy Couriers is great. They usually call first to make sure we’re home. They are just super nice people and a responsible organisation.I now specify when ordering online that the final delivery be made through Kingaroy Couriers as the competing freight service from Kingaroy is just horrific.Thanks guys. You’re exceptional!

Very expensive service. Have no payment facilities at depo. Had to drive all the way in to town to get exact money. Will not use again. Will use their competition across the road.

Friendly and prompt service

These guys went out of their way to do a pick-up on the Sunshine Coast in a short time frame and get it to me in Kingaroy in less than a day. If you need a courier give them a call, they will not fail you.

Called to check on my package, told it had a check address which they had not checked. According to my tracking number they have had it for around 2 weeks. I asked if I could pick it up the next day which I was told was fine and someone would be there after 5 when I finished work. Get there at 5:10 and all the lights are off and no one to be seen. So unreliable!!
