Carla Baglieri at Morrison Kleeman helped us find a beautiful weatherboard cottage to rent in Eltham. We were looking to move back home to be near family and they were amazing to deal with throughout. In particular we really appreciated the active communication with a relaxed but professional manner. If we were to move again or rent out our own home we would definitely look at using Carla and the team.

Spoke to an agent named Daniel over the phone about a property listed with a fixed price. I called to get more information about what the vendor is after (if flexible with the price range) and settlement dates only to get disrespected by the agent. Agent gave a ridiculous example of how I can’t buy a loaf of bread less than what it is advertised for. The chat was going friendly until then and took me by surprise how someone can disrespect a person and still laugh it off. Please know that we just wanted to get an idea as we thought the property was overpriced for its land size, but certainly didn’t disregard vendor’s choice. Great job guys, learn some manners too. Had the worst 1 year of renting through them. Nothing was thorough from the start with us having to micromanage alongside our day jobs. Agent went MIA without any Out of Office only for us to find out that she worked 4 day weeks leading to massive delays in maintenance issues being reported. When I followed up, her response was If I haven't responded
