Had an amazing experience with Nick. Firstly, he genuinely wanted me to get a good deal on my Hyundai i30 and cared about my best interests. No long ended conversations to lowball me to sell the car. Instead he just advised me that he couldn’t sell it for what other dealers were offering as it was fairly priced. He then offered me amazing advice on selling the car closer to the price I wanted, wished me the best and let me know he would do some research and call me back up if an opportunity arises down the track. Later that day though he called me back up and suggested I run my car through their auction as it was a newer model in great condition and a week later I got an offer almost at the exact same price I was wanting to sell it privately, without dealing with the time and hassle of it selling it privately. Nick is an MVP and I can’t say enough good things about him and Auto Auctions. I’m hoping to sell my next car through this company too

I purchased from these guys. Straight up about the good , bad and ugly in my car. (all scratches, dents and service history super transparent) Then they replaced the brakes no questions asked when we found them to be very warn down. Not often 2nd hand car sales teams are like this.
