Great place to do a coffee training, had wonderful experience with the coffee class and teacher, teacher was very experienced and patience with us, there is a promotion on Groupon right now.

It took time for me to receive RSA certification and they haven’t respond for a while. Until I write the review, they did not reply to me.At the end, they told me they won’t send me the certificate until I delete review. I can’t trust anymore….such a bad experience I ever had.

Completed the white card course, the course itself was ok and the teacher George was cool.The admin side was not, I didn't receive the card for about a month and when called to find out they told me to wait longer, after 2 months i called them again saying I haven't received it they told me to chase it myself and wouldn't check for mistake in filing or anything. After some phone calls i found that they filed the papers wrong and my card went to South Australia, again training centre did not care

This place is great! Sam was our teacher for the day for the RCG course and he went into detail and explained each component in a very understandable way. I walked out of the course with soo much knowledge of Gambling, how it works and the pros and cons connected to it. Thank you for teaching myself and the class. I will becoming back if Sam teaches other courses!!

I attended the barista course through a Group On coupon. The course itself was very informative and the instructor was very helpful with proper hands-on experience. The reason I'm giving this bad review is that the center did not care about social distancing rules followed by the entire state, and put more than 10 people in a small room for the course. You had to be cramped close to others when the instructor was explaining or even when you had the time to prepare the coffee on the machines. Also, no proper cleaning or sanitization of the cups was available, only water.

I got rescheduled twice within less than 24 hours notice. Twice!! My workplace needs my RCG certificate right away and I lost my earning because of this unprofessional training centre. Not recommended. Do not waste your time.

The worst company they can hire, the worst customer service, racist people and take advantage of other people's needs, they steal the money and never return it, nor do they answer, after you pay you no longer matter. THE WORST, DO NOT FALL INTO SCAMS AND THEFT, THEY ARE THIEVES

I did my white card here with George Karzos. He was a proficient teacher with a comprehensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety in NSW. His engaging personality created an enjoyable learning environment.
