I am very happy with the service we received. The people are friendly and reliable. They cleaned the carpets, fabric couches and leather chairs. I will use them again.

We were told our clean would start on the 4th. we got a call late at night to ask if someone could come take a look as they were outside our property at that very moment! They then said it was clean and easy to do they will start of the 5th. They were two hours late and we had to chase them up as to why! Only one cleaner arrived and then another cleaner late in the afternoon.The next day they were late again with just one cleaner. Then later there were several cleaners at our home. We were told they would be finished by midday only to arrive home and see this was not the case. ,We were then told it would be 4pm. Then to be told the house was very dirty and they need more time. 445 and it was finally finished. A three day clean as we had paid for was a 1.5 day clean. We also paid them an extra $100 as a thank you for taking us on and being soo prompt in emails. We will never use this company again as the owner was soo rude and abrupt with me and was confrontational in the way he spoke to me.I would not pay $800 for this service again as we had to finish parts of our house ourselves and clean their rubbish they left on site.soo disappointed. We were told one thing then told another. Very inconsistent with what is actually happening.Not to mention how rude and confrontational the employee was who spoke to me outside my property.

Will definitely use the service again. Very happy with the carpet clean. Excellent communication with organising and after the clean.

Great job carpet cleaning at one of the cheapest prices I could find. They also went above and beyond with helping deal with some property damage I had previously. Will definitely use again!
