Laura Hennessy Yoga
Laura’s classes are amazing! I regularly attend Laura’s class in Fresh Start Narrabeen and have recently done a sunrise workshop lead by Laura. I floated out of the workshop and glided through the rest of the day. I love that Laura allows freedom of expression in every aspect of yoga - I am getting physically and emotionally stronger with each class and each workshop- thank you Laura.
