Clean, well stocked, heaps of parking though really expensive so chose not to stop there for a meal.

Extremely busy petrol station for 6:40am. Multiple staff, car and truck fuel access. Clean inside and out, have toilets, plenty of food and drinks for easy travel meals, proper coffee barista, might have been a boost station too; the service was so fast I didn't really get a chance to look around but I'd prefer that.

You have to be joking me the staff here are absolutely lovely as they always are. However Some days there are two people on but today being one of the busiest days of the week Sunday there is one person on until 5 o’clock this afternoon. It’s currently about 1230, 1 freaking person , management needs a serious hard look at themselves being a regular. I see this quite a bit here. . One would’ve thought it should be illegal. Especially if something happens disgusting,But as I also said five star service poor bloody staff

This place used to be a decent stop with friendly staff but since changing to Ampol, it never has all the pumps open, most days it shuts down both end pump stations which takes out 4 sets of pumps, even during peak hours! Causes long delays. When querying the rude attendant at the register he reckons they can’t monitor all the pumps with the amount of drive offs… (well it is Ipswich) Most of the staff there now have zero customer service skills and are rude and lazy and prefer a good chat over getting the customers sorted. Looking forward to the new petrol station at Providence to be built!

Nice staff but an absolute rip off for fuel. Keep driving 5 minutes south at yamanto it can be 20 cents cheaper somedays.

Misleading advertising on pricing, staff were unhelpful or unable to amend at the register. Left feeling quite ripped off unfortunately.

Judy at ampol was amazing.Doing all the work when a woman with coloured hair standing back doing hardly anything and it was so busy

Been here three times in the last fortnight and get the woman with the nose piercing and shortish blonde hair in her mid thirties. She’s so rude, never greets anyone and just utters the total. She never says thank you and just walks away from the counter once my payment has been made. In the past I’ve gotten the most friendly people here, what happened??
