Gala Upholstery

I purchased a sofa from Domayne Caringbah and Gala Upholstery put it all together, I loved it and was really happy with it. I wanted to change the upholstery a little later on though and requested a quote earlier in the new year, received no response. Followed again a month later, still no response. Followed up with a phone call a few weeks later, was told there was a backlog of e-mails and I'd receive a reply within the next week, have yet to receive a response and it's almost two months later. In my second e-mail I told them I understood if they were too busy for my job, could they just tell me so and I'd look elsewhere, didn't receive a reply. Not the best customer service, to say the least.

Gala reupholstered my 50's lounge suite ,it looks fabulous , beautifully finished within a very reasonable time ,I thoroughly recommend their services .

I used this company years ago and they did lovely work. Given that I sent an email enquiry and but unfortunately did not receive a reply. Not sure if business is still open due to covid.
