Today I went to Ally in Hurstville around 1:38 pm and I was treated badly by the two employees of the store, they had black hair, one was wearing a black T-shirt and the other a white crop top. I asked them if they had a dress that I saw on the website, but very rudely she replied: No! The website is different from the store! The two were laughing when it came out! Even though I was poorly attended, I bought a dress and when I got home I saw that it had the security lock, that is, I will need to go to the store again. Shame on this kind of service!

Got stuff for my girl friend (hahaha we r just friends xd) LOL. Great service, but they did wonder why i was there. I told them i liked the girl, and gave me great advice on how to approach the situation. In the end i got friendzoned, but hey, it is what it is. So i guess i got the size 10b bra for no reason. Oh well, great experience there. Overall tho truly a great place and i would defs buy again for my future girl (if i ever get one hahaha). So ye, hmu im single. Text me at 042044389?

Popped in there on Monday morning. The girl with dark hair was on her mobile phone talking to someone and then texting profusely. She avoided talking to any customers and when a customer asked her for help she rudely said “it’s whatever is there.” She didn’t ask anyone if they needed help as she was too busy texting and prancing around the shop on her phone. It’s like she was hiding and pretending to do things just to text. Absolutely pathetic customer service. She should be spoken to and told to keep her phone out of her hand at work.

Visited ally Hurstville this morning and from the moment i walked in i was greeted with a smile and treated so well. Jina was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable ,helpful, friendly and efficient. Always such a pleasure to shop at your store.

Went on Sunday at the store at 5pm. Two staff members with dark hair rolled their eyes and muttering under their breaths. Felt so uncomfortable and rushed at the same time. I would ask them a question and felt like they where being sarcastic. They are very lucky to have a job and seem very ungrateful instead. As a mother of three with mortgage and unemployed I would love to be in there position.

One of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. I visited the store a couple days ago where two girls with brunette hair were working. I didn't even receive a simple greeting when I first entered which was fine, but as I was shopping I asked for assistance and I most definitely did not receive it. These girls were extremely rude and standoffish, dismissing my enquiry about a clothing piece, and continued to gossip about their personal lives. Perhaps friendlier staff should be hired that don't roll their eyes and act as though actually doing their job is an inconvenience to them.
