Jesmond Post Office is the most helpful and friendliest Post Ofiice I've been to. ALL staff are respectful and go out of their way to assist. Yesterday I went in feeling very low because of dealing with rude people all day. The girl that served me was so nice my spirits immediately lifted. Thankyou.

Tried to go in the store today and told to wait outside with my 84yr old mother in the 30 degree heat...only 5 people inside store at any time,..well guess what there were 40,000 people at the footy..go figure

Incredibly rude staff member that works at this branch. Abrupt and sarcastic. I work in the centre and have been using this branch over 7 years, with always a great experience and lovely staff. Last 18 mths or so have increasingly received terrible service from this lady. She makes me feel uncomfortable. I dont know what her problem is, but she should not be in a customer service role. Massive attitude problem! Had to go in twice yesterday, and unbelievably rude. Will go to my local from now on even though this is more convenient

I have always been met by the friendliest staff. I'm a regular there so get to see the staff at least once a week. And to be able to walk in and they remember my name is great. They take the time to ask how I am and are genuinely interested. I feel like a friend and not just a customer. I've never seen any staff not be respectful and very helpful to everyone even when customers can be disrespectful to them. I highly recommend jesmond post office and its staff.
