They are just ripping money off from clients. Go to good life if you just wanna loose your money. Doesn’t matter you go with month to month plan or contract. If you verbally give them notice it’s means you are trapped in good life Gym’s scheme where they start playing with policies. I gave them notice for cancellation but after 2 months they are saying we contacted you regarding membership, they didn’t called me for membership, they just called me for training. They are well trained in making people’s pockets empty, not trained in fitness sector.I personally feel getting ripped off from Goodlife gym Gym. It happens with me 2 years ago as well but on that time I thought it was my mistake, but I was wrong. They good technique to get money out of clients pockets.Learned from mistakes.Not going to good life gym rest of my life and I suggest others too.Hope this will help community

If you’re 50/50 about signing up please don’t. You’ll lose your money from them locking you in and failing to cancel your contract properly. I found myself laying for an extra 2 months after I cancelled, this was after I called several times during those weeks to cancel my membership

Terrible gym plaques around the building saying lock up at own risk stolen items are no responsibility of gym, I believe the gym staff are involved in the thieving! How embarrassing and degrading not only that casual entry is over priced, dry and twisted jokers gym, avoid at all associated time.

A woman called me today from Good Life Cannington scolding me for not replying to her messages or calls to sign up to their gym??I mean people are allowed their free will to answer/not answer their calls. We are not obligated to answer your call dear good life Cannington workers!!Also, this lady was too rude.From the reviews of other Aussie people, it seems like the customer service is good only to the Aussies.But, for someone not from Australia, this gym is not the best place to go. Watch out non-Aussies!!Racist place!!!Warning!!! Never join this gym, never.Also, tips to the woman who scolded me on phone, quit your job if you cannot make or take cold calls; if you cannot keep calm when calling people, you do not belong there!!

Useless customer service just keep charging money, change of club to another suburb taking more than 3 weeks and getting charged without using it. I moved 35kms away from the club I was going now can't travell there anymore but my request is still in process and money getting deducted. Can't even freeze without paying nor can cancel before paying them for 30 days. Think twice before joining there you'll get stuck in their contract and no support for customer.

Great gym with multiple group fitness studios and 2 levels of general gym equipment etc.They also have a swimming pool for laps and a sauna which is a bonus!I generally attend group fitness classes before work and the instructor is amazing! Highly motivating and super fit!Only downside is the aircon isn't amazing but you make do.They've recently renovated and added reformer pilates which I am yet to try but have heard great things about.If you're new to working out or to group fitness this is a great gym to start as we have a good fit fam here!Regulars you won't be disappointed.

If you are planning to sign up for this gym, reconsider. There are many better gyms out there that provide better rates and better customer service.They did not give me access to book my pilate class after i had signed the reformer pilates contract and had been charged on my bank account. They verbally said I am able to get my refund back during the time when I couldn't get access (around 1 month) and get back to me. Get back to me = empty promises. When I tried to follow up with them through email after, they replied with We do apologise there was A issue with booking classes online. However

Much easier to get out of jail than canceling your membership with them. I advise anyone who wants to join goodlife, DON’T. Because once you don’t wanna go to gym anymore, they won’t leave you alone and charge you as much as they can. I was so happy and relieved to finally end my membership with them. in addition, so many easy going gym around that you can join and cancel your membership anytime you want without being charged.personal trainers are more trained to rip you off than actually help you with your physical goals. When I joined them, I repeatedly told them that I have experience with lifting weights so I don’t need a personal trainer. They said Okay.But after a month they took $50 from my bank account without letting me know. When I spoke with them, they told me that it is their policy so they had to charge me, and guess what ? I couldn’t get it back.Nowadays, anyone who asks me about my experience with goodlife. “You know what my answer would be “.Never ever again.

I've been an active member for over a month now and I am very happy with the staff and the classes. Although, I am a little disappointed with the quality of the gym equipment. Most of the equipment are old and should be replaced.So far with my experience, I've only had issues with two staff members (one of which has been fired). Overall, I am satisfied with the experience at Goodlife Cannington. I paid a little more for the reform pilates classes, which is worth it.If you're ever planning on visiting, look for Chris, Paul, Beth, Alana, Lily or Tim. I absolutely love them and they're super helpful!
