Unlike the other Shell servo in Belco, there is here no toilet access for customers, no mechanic, and only one diesel bowser. But, some things available here, which are not at the Shell servo near the bus depot, include ute hire, a car wash, and a much larger range of grab n go foods.

Standard Coles Express with good access and a car wash available. Only problem is the rattling noise the fuel pumps make otherwise the service centre is in good condition.

Staff name Gaurav, look like needs to go back to school of cistomer Service, friendly but 8n a wrong way, making joke even not funny to the customers, im third in line and the first 2 customers he is making joke to annoyed them and the customers very upset, and he atill continued, until its my yurn and do the samething. I think this guy needs a psychiatrist, need a mental doctor, dont understand why the HR hired him. Very annoying.poor customer service and hospitality.

Very Disappointed with that car wash! I took my car there for a Platinum wash, and my bonnet came out like this! Appalling!
