Pierre's Golden Chicken
So very disappointing after telling my family what a great place this was. Paid to have Sunday breakfast and we left in favour getting McDonald’s. Compared to my week day experiences here, the Service and food on this occasion was poor.

Excellent customer service with great fresh variety. A bit pricey for a takeaway setting. Best fried chicken I've had but chip serving size is pitiful but is likely due to shortages of supply.

Had one of the rudest interactions in many years just now.Asked politely if I could add tomato to a chicken salad roll. The male server slammed the door and body language was awful. Noticeably frustrated by my request and then my wife asked for tomato to be added onto a sandwich she was making, to which he also carried on like a pork chop.If you cannot deal with customers you should be back of house.I wanted to speak to the owner but he kept explaining that his behaviour was because he's behind and has Melbourne Cup tomorrow....Honestly an oxygen thief and will not give another dime to the venue.It's called hospitality for a reason and you young man do not have a fingernail full of hospitality industry.

Pierre's Golden Chicken
All the food here looked freshly cooked and the service was good. We had both a tropical pack and a traditional roast chicken. They were cooked and presented nicely and tasted good we also tried a slice of new York cheesecake which was yummy. Not sure if they make the cheesecake on-site but it is worth a try. This place has a surprisingly good range of foods to choose from and I highly recommend them.

Second review :I would like to change my review form one to 3 stars.Bobby, the manager did call me and he was more than professional and accommodating.Thanks for taking the time and acknowledging my issue .For that I'll give it a try again. CheersFirst review:Looks like I should of pick a chicken instead of a chocolate and coconut slice where I found a piece of metal... Took it back got the money back and a sorry that's from what we wash with ".. ha ok

One young girl serving was so friendly and polite im unsure of her name but she's working 6pm Monday 16.1.23 I hope the owners realise what a great worker they have we had roast chicken and chips and the fried chicken and chips both meals amazing so much variety definitely recommend this place we will be back
