He fixed the band on my Omega Seamaster very well. Good service and reasonable price - no complaints

Avoid like the plague!! My mother dropped off my watch for a replacement battery. When she picked it up the time appeared not to have been set so she set it and left. After a little bit she realised it had stopped again and realised that it must be the watch not the battery. When she returned to tell them the lady was so rude and lied about the fact that the time hadn’t been set and said that we should have known it was the watch and not the battery that was broken! Despite the fact that if they had changed the battery and actually checked it after 10mins then it would have been obvious that it wasn’t working. Even though they were clearly in the wrong and hadn’t even fixed the problem they still refused to refund for the cost of the new battery. Will be reporting to Westfield Hornsby management

Waste of time. I went out of my way to get my watch to the store after they we shut in a Sunday. It was 4:10pm on a Friday and I was spoken to by the man like I was an inconvenience as they had already shut. All of their opening hours on Google and Westfield state 5:30pm. I went out of my way to give them business with this repair.

I went there to drop of 3 watches that required batteries and bands that needed repairs. The lady at the front was apprehensive about them and wasn't offering solutions. When I came back to collect them there was a man there sitting down fixing another customers watch. He completely ignored me for 3 minutes. I called out to get his attention and he gave me the dirtiest look. I tried to break the ice and asked how his day was. He refused to answer me. Whilst they are reasonably cheap, I feel they could improve their people skills. I won't be going there again. How they stay in business is beyond me!

Shocking service, staff not helpful and watches overpriced. My watch was faulty and we were refused a refund. After waiting for a repair we picked it up (many many week after) it turns out it was returned to us without even being looked at. We put it back in again. So far it's be about 10 months. So I suppose we'll have to take it to consumer affairs.

Lady was serving saw me. Walked off and left me standing. I said excuse me she looked at me n turned her head. At 3:00. I left n got better service elsewhere

Do NOT take your watch here, you may not get it back. I stood at the counter for a long time and was ignored so I moved right in front of the man who continued to repair a watch and ignore me. He refused to make eye contact and pretended I was not there. Eventually I spoke to him and politely asked that when he was ready could he give me the watch I dropped off yesterday. He would not give me my watch without the card they handed to me when I dropped it off. He was very rude about it and of course I could have identified my watch quite easily. I wonder what would happen if I lost the card or it went through the wash? Terrible customer service.

Got my battery changed, ask if I wanted wanted to pressure test, no I didn't. Got my watch wet from washing dishes, before it was ok, now it's not. Bought a tool to open the back of the case on eBay. Found that the rubber seal is removed. Be careful.

One star is too high for this business. They are the strangest business" people I have ever encountered. I stood for 10 minutes waiting for the man to acknowledge me - I was collecting my watch after having a new battery installed. I was the only customer there at the time and stood for a while whilst he completely ignored me

Great service. Understand the better and more complicated watches. They specialise in watches. They fixed my watch that had been stuffed up by Mr Minit trying to change the battery and were cheaper as well.
