I was referred to Iydi by a friend of mine and I must say she has done an amazing job at putting together a meal plan for me. During the consultation she was extremely friendly, asked all the right questions and made me feel like I was really being taken care of. She took the time to listen to what I needed and that was reflected in the meal plan she had prepared. The food is delicious, the meals are extremely easy to prepare and the instructions are very easy to follow. She even went above and beyond to help introduce new ways to support my gut health (which was a massive factor) by introducing supplements. The level of after service has been great and she is always available to answer any questions or offer any alternatives to ingredients that don’t work well for me. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and effort that she has put in to helping me achieve my nutrition goals. I highly recommend you seek out Iydi!

As some one who has always struggled to put on weight, Iydi was able to point to a few places in my diet that I could tweak to increase my protein intake in a healthy (and importantly affordable!) way. A few months down the track and I've already seen great changes in my body and feel fantastic. She's always there if I have any questions, checks in on my progress intermittently, and clearly loves what she does!

It was an absolute pleasure to have iydi help me get my diet and gut health on track after years of fluctuating weight gain/loss and constant discomfort in my gut. She helped me figure a personalised plan that works for my body and life style. I’m feeling great!!! :)
