Absolutely appalled by the condition my property was left in.Didn't start looking for new tenants despite knowing months in advance when the tenants were leaving.Allowed the tenants to make ILLEGAL plumbing and electrical changes.Allowed tenants to alter cupboards.Allowed tenants to ruin beautiful cottage gardens.

Great communication until the property was sold. I had an issue that needed urgent follow up due to storm damage to my property and was told that I'd have to wait for the other guy who sold my house (whom I had never even been introduced to) to speak to the purchasers, 5 days later I received a response.On top of that, my house sale settled 30 minutes before I had even received a phone call regarding exchanging keys.All in all communication and customer service was poor once the sale was sealed.How hard would it have been to shake my hand and thank me for the opportunity to list my home? You made good money from me, I could have gone elsewhere.
