Had my screen replaced for $180, 5 weeks later a crack appeared in the screen and I took it back with the receipt and was told by a very rude staff member that it’s not covered as we can’t prove we didn’t drop it. You can see clearly no damage around or near the area and no signs of impact however, that’s how they get out of warranty claims. Their supplies are very cheap and not made to last. Worst service ever. Don’t waste your money with cheap fakes and do your research or go to Apple.

I came in with a broken screen which was fixed in an hour! I did experience some issues with my device and I came back and I had the pleasure of meeting with Steve. He replaced my phone battery and gave me free tag alongs for my device. He's a wonderful person and I'd recommend coming here! The service is definitely worth the price!

Recently smashed the glass on one of my back camera’s on my iPhone 13, took it in and they replaced the glass on the day. Went above and beyond and ordered me a new camera as well (it had glass in it). Came within 3 days and replaced it and replaced the glass on my second zoom lens too as he noticed a chip. All for $130. Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly and helpful, can’t recommended enough.

Don't waist your time going anywhere else for repairs in Robina as the service and quality here is best. Professional service with warranty. Might be a little mite expensive than the other phone centre store but we'll worth the money for quality products and service.

Excellent good honest service at Xtreme Communications. I am very happy with the refurbished iPhone that I purchased. Phone screen repairs at great prices compared to other places. Great place to know about if you have children that are always breaking their phones. It is obvious that Extreme always do what they need to do to keep the customer happy. Improperly installed a new screen on iPhone X. Ribbon cable pinched in screen. Stopped working in a 2 months. Wouldn’t refund. Don’t trust.

Not even one star!!!Worst experience ever! The owner of the store Steve was by far the worst person to deal. He was rude and tried to tell me I was lying when I tried to return my phone. When I had my glass screen fixed, they sold me a dust protector instead of a screen protector. I dropped my phone from less than half a metre (the base of a pram) and the whole phone screen is smashed. The protector was like a piece of glad wrap. Absolute rubbish.I called them immediately as it had only been 2 weeks since I paid $340. Steve was very rude, hung the phone up. My husband went in on the weekend and Steve was again rude and denying that he sold a bad product and that ripped me off. He refused to give another screen protector or fix the phone, since the products were a)faulty and b)not what I asked for.I went to two other phone stores to check if the screen protector was in fact a dust protector. They said we were ripped off, the screen was faulty and the screen protector they sold me would never protect phone from a fall. It was for dust and scratches only.Steve told me I was lying when I called again. Said that he sold me the strongest protector available. Worst customer service. Worst store. Worst products.Wish id read the reviews first. So many bad reviews for similar reasons.

Took my ipad in to have the screen replaced, got home the screen popped out so took it back yesterday and had it fixed along with the home button, took it home to charge it and it turned off and won't turn back on. Took it back today and they could not determine what was wrong, took it to Apple and they said they 100% broke my ipad and said it was a dodgy job with cheap products that aren't even up to Australian standards. I'm so upset over this! Paid $119 for repairs that has now cost me another $550 in having to purchase a new ipad. The men kept blaming me saying it was my fault but Apple said it was 100% their fault!
