Grant was responsive, friendly and professional throughout the entire time. As a first home owner, we had a lot of questions, which he was happy to answer at any time. Since meeting Grant, Grant and his team (Sean and Ryan) have installed five air-conditioners, double oven, sensor lights in and outside the garage and fixed some light fixtures in our lounge and living area. Grant was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He and his apprentice spent most of the afternoon installing lights, fans and new power points and popped round when one was making a funny noise to fix the problem.Lovely to have around and great with our very talkative kids. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Grant is a pleasure to deal with.A real positive can do attitude and will always present a number of options for careful consideration. I have used BNE on several occasions for my Investment Property and would not go anywhere else for A/C and electrical work. Excellent and all-around pleasant to work with. A bad tenant left the house in a terrible state and Grant fixed exposed telecoms wiring in a really fast and professional way. He took the time to explain issues to me over the phone, sent progress and completion images, and made me feel like the house was in safe hands. Thank you.

BEA was one of 3 providers that I asked to provide a quote for getting some Air-con installed. I went with Grant and his team for several reasons - cost competitiveness, product and installation knowledge and great communication. After my own research in to brands and models I came to the realisation that per unit of cooling per dollar, BEA had quoted the lowest price. Grant was also very knowledgeable about the positioning of the units and some of the challenges we could expect, and what I could do to minimise this. I would highly recommend BEA to anyone considering any Air-con install.

We had 2 new Aircon Units installed by these guys and from the beginning it was exceptional service. I received a quote quickly and after shopping around, Brisbane Electrical & Airconditioning were the best value for money and the most informative on any rebates that were available. Grant & the guys did an excellent job on the installation & they maintained a clean working environment, they left the area clean & tidy following their work. Grant is friendly and no-nonsense, very easy to deal with,and his off-siders are also skilled, professional and courteous. I had some air conditioners installed about a year ago, and to my surprise the install exceeded my expectations! So recently I needed another unit, they did the install quickly without complaint despite it pouring rain and energex cutting the power! Again, the install exceeded my expectations, so perfectly neat and invisible from the street. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend!
