Really poor form from this company. I’ve tried emailing and messaging them on their socials but have heard nothing about my order despite their order confirmation saying orders will ship out in 48 hours. My order was a gift ordered well in advance of the recipient’s birthday but now have nothing to give them for their 18th. At this point just hoping they’ll respond so I can finally know what is going on with my order MF18183

In comparison to some people in the comments I really haven’t waited long at all, however, my order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago, and I sent an email 5 days ago, to no response aswell as called without an answer, I can appreciate if there is a delay, but please atleast respond, my 30 day refund window is close now, and I’ve seen responses to comments here, so please could you look into order #MF18674. Thank you, and please consider improving the customer service if possible

Absolutely terrible. I feel sorry for any band that uses this company to distribute merch. They did actually respond after a week with no email confirmation saying my order would ship in 48 hours but a week after that email nothing and no response since. Hopefully they'll reply so I can cancel and get a refund. Order MF17906.Update: Shipped my order after this review even though asked to cancel since I had already ordered from another vendor. Still took a bad review to see progress. I'll just have double T's I guess so I'll give em 2 stars now since they did something at least.

I placed my order on the 16/04. On the 21/04 I received an email stating that an item in my order is no longer available, I responded same day on. I have sent multiple emails and have attempted to call to receive an update/ETA although am not getting a response.Honestly just an overall disappointing experience and the customer service is just lacking. 2 months to wait is ridiculous. At this rate I can go to the shops and just buy the vinyls myself.If someone could get in contact with me to at least provide an update that would be appreciated.Order Number #144575-WMA

Ordered a tshirt but accidentally put the wrong size so I emailed them and I got a confirmation of the change. When it was shipped I got the incorrect size sent. I emailed but got nothing. So I had to call (person was nice) and I got a return shipping label so I sent it back to exchange. They received the tshirt, but I have heard nothing about getting my proper size.Edit: after ringing (person was nice again) I was told the tshirt is going to be shipped out the day after today by express

I ordered 2 shirts for my wife as a gift about 5 months ago and haven't received any response despite trying to get ahold of anyone multiple times. worst experience it’s been 7 months since i ordered and i’ve had no contact at all as to why.i try and call and it says it’s outside ofbusiness hours at 3-4pm in the afternoon when their website says they’re open until 5i do not want my order anymore i would like my $200 refund but seems this is a common occurrence with this store. do not buy from here. it’s almost scam worthy

I ordered a tee shirt through their website. after 3 weeks without any news fro the product I contacted the customer service. They told me that they would send the item when it would be printed and it could take a while but no exact timeline. I told them it was not on as they don't advertise the fact that the product was not in stock.Their reply was that I should read the fine prints before ordering.it has been more than 2 months now and I am still hoping to get the tee shirt soon.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BAD BUSINESS.ZERO STAR!!

I preordered a Eurovision t-shirt for Eurovision. Not wanting to take a chance that it would arrive before the show, I paid for express shipping.The t-shirt was shipped normal mail, and is not on track to arrive before I require it. When approached, Merch fan refunded me $2 for the wrong shipping, instead of shipping another shirt express or giving me a full refund for a shirt I won't get to wear.Very disappointing. I strongly recommend purchasing items through any other available avenue. These guys appear to just be the middle man trying to fleece people of a couple of bucks.I leave for Liverpool on Friday evening

My original package failed to be redirected by AusPost when I put in a redirect request. After telling me they were closing my case (due to the package being unretrievable) and prompting me to reach out to the seller, MerchFan were nice enough to resend what I ordered (this time to the right address!). Grateful for their willingness to help after AusPost just dusted their hands of it!
