Arctic Blue Air Conditioning
We are absolutely delighted with the air conditioning installed by Arctic Blue. The job was a complex one and the work done by Ben and Simon was very professional and reasonably priced. Their communication was good and we knew what was being done and when. They left the job clean and tidy and removed all the old bits and pieces. We have no hesitation in recommending Arctic Blue.

Arctic Blue Air Conditioning
Ben listened to our objectives and designed a system to meet our needs. He was accommodative of tweaks to the initial design and helpful and informative throughout the whole process. When Ben returned with Simon to do the install they were professional and meticulous. The end result was great, and achieved quickly, without stress and for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to engage Arctic Blue again next time I have a need for air conditioning.

Ben and his team did an unbelievable job, the price wasn't the cheapest we found but the quality of work, responsiveness and expertise was worth every penny. They did a fantastic job, and their recommendations on which machines to get have been perfect, and are standing up against multiple 37+ degree days in a row. Thanks again

When Ben came to give me a quote, he explained in explicit detail everything I needed to know about brands and system sizes, how they work, the best place to set up the unit, everything basically ...... to help me make my decision. I loved the explicit detail. They did a brilliant job and I'm so happy I chose Arctic Blue to do the job.

Ben, Simon & Sam were very professional & courteous whilst installing our new Daiken split system. Ben responded promptly to my inquiry and his quote was competitive and he provided good information about quality options for replacing our very old system. The guys did exactly as they promised, no surprises. They cleaned up so well it was as if they had never been here - except we now have a beaut new air-conditioner keeping us nice & toasty over winter. Well done guys!!

I am overwhelmingly impressed with the job that Ben Tait did (from Arctic Blue) just did for our family. He installed a new large split system airconditioning/heating unit in our home and did a terrific job. He decommissioned the old one, put in place the new one (having purchased it for a good price) and then a great paint job afterwards, resulting in there being no evidence that an old one was ever there! Ben's expertise, professionalism and pride in his work is exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Arctic Blue Air Conditioning
Ben and his team did a fantastic job with our air conditioning installation. Everything was professional and informative right from the very beginning. All of our options were explained to us in the initial inspection, as well as any changes along the way. We had a slight hiccup due to a supplier issue, but Ben was quick to let us know about this and offer alternative options. On the day of the installation they kept us informed if anything had to be adjusted, and made sure that we were satisfied with the end result. I will be sure to recommend Arctic Blue to others in the future.
