I contacted Lyn via phone last minute while driving north on the M1 at 4.15pm on Thursday the 5th Jan 2023 to get a flower arrangement for my partner who was having a really tough day. I decided to suprise her with a unplanned visit and some flowers.Lyn put together the most fantastic bunch of flowers, my partner said it was the best bunch of flowers she has ever received with all her favourite colours. I can't speak highly enough of Lyn's customer service, professionalism and well the flowers were absolutely amazing.Thank you so much Lyn for putting together such a fantastic arrangement of flowers in under 45min with virtually no notice, and excellent value for money too.I can't wait to see what you do for my next order with a bit more notice!I never write reviews, however I really had to on this occasion, thanks Lyn for a fantastic flower arrangement that still has many beautiful live flowers today, 10 days after you made the arrangement.

I’ve visited the farm a couple of times now. First was to buy potted roses and the second to purchase a large bunch of blooms. Each time I have been greeted so warmly and left with wonderful tips on caring for the blooms. The flowers are so beautiful, so many gorgeous varieties to choose from. I look forward to visiting again.

We received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers for our wedding. The flowers were just the most beautiful colours and variety, they were cut at the perfect length and were waiting for me in a bucket of water ready for me to collect that afternoon. The flowers still looked beautiful a week later, we received so many compliments on the flowers that night. We highly recommend Eumundi Roses and we would use them over and over again. Thank you Eumundi Roses you are amazing!

Do not purchase rooted cuttings from this grower if you cannot collect them or are not in an overnight freight zone. Mine were boxed for 5 days, 5 of the 7 were dead/dying on arrival. They were contacted immediately and offered replacements which I declined. Repeating the exercise would yield the same result.They refused a refund, advising I needed to take it up with Aus post, they had no fault.Repeated requests for images of the stock pre shipping were denied, although Lyn claimed they had them she refused to send them so I could make the claim.She also threatened legal action if I left feedback commensurate with my experience.It was by the far the most bizarre customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Absolutely amazing!! These guys found my rose that I had not been able to find anywhere. They then personally delivered it to me all the way to the North Coast NSW. The Rose was extremely healthy and is thriving. These guys are wonderful.

Dear Lyn. Wanted to thank you again for your outstanding service and produce. I first ordered “Blackberry Nip” from you in October 2017. She came to me as bare rooted (young) stock and has delighted me constantly. Through no fault of yours (go Mother Nature) there were a couple of changes to delivery date and time, but you powered through. So lovely to meet you and my darling rose. Lyn and Barry were absolutely lovely to deal with in purchasing a very special Mr Lincoln rose for a dear friend after her Mum had passed. ( her Mums favourite rose)The online ordering process was easy and communication was thorough and clear all the way.The plants were healthy and well established, and Lynn provided, the much needed, care information for them. I’m looking forward to time time they are in full bloom.Thank you Lyn for making this a special gift giving experience.
