Keys Plus

Just had a ring engraved within 15 minutes for the least cost expected. The two men at Keys Plus were very polite, had great suggestions and service. Highly recommend.

(Edit)Asked where the post office was and the guy that worked there acted as if it was the worst thing in the world and told me to ‘go ask the lady over there’Extremely rudeI didn’t realise I had been rudeI simply said excuse me do you know where abouts the post office is ?My son and husband were with me and my husband was taken back at the way you spoke to me also .You can tell by the rude reply from you that you have no customer service skills or people skills what so everAnd after reading another review it’s apparent it shows to others :)

I rate Keys Plus as probably the best engravers on the Coast. Their key cutting is cheaper than most and I've never had to return one ever. They have a better range of Giftware than some of the gift shops and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.I recommend them without hesitation.

Very professional and friendly service. Have had keys cut, dog tags engraved and bought a replacement car remote. I highly recommend Keys Plus Lake Haven.

Will only cut a car key for you that you buy from them at many times price that the same key is available on eBay. Will never use this mob again. Almost everybody else will happily do it if you ask and don't appear to be dodgey. They will reply that it is unregulated or suspect or such BUT will be more than happy to do it for you if you buy the key from them which negates that which would otherwise appear to be a valid counter argument. Don't fall for that. This is simply because you chose to DIY and save $100 or more by getting the remote key / transponder on eBay for around $40 and which you can easily program yourself in minutes by watching one of many Youtube videos. Your policy has cost you a long term customer who will now instead go to Mr Minit (near Coles) as will all of my 11 family members in future. Great policy you have. Stick with it! Got it done in 2 mins for $10 a short walk away!Perhaps consider changing your name to Only our keys plus" in order to manage expectations."

Asked to have two links taken out of my watch band, no problem & only $10, now I know why so cheap, firstly when I mentioned I use it at the beach the 'expert' told me I shouldn't use it in salt water, this a $750 dollar fully certified 200mtr dive watch??? The first time I wore it one of the joining pins he'd used worked loose, to my horror I found he'd put the wrong type of pin in, I was a whisker off losing my watch. If you want a key cut probably no problem but I would not put a lot of faith in their expertise

Keys Plus are always friendly and helpful when looking for little gift ideas for those Special events. Their trophy service for local sporting organisations is outstanding and they make the whole process such an easy task. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
