My family have used OzPest Solutions twice now and we couldn't be happier. On both occasions Jake and Greg were both punctual, friendly and very professional. They are highly knowledgeable technicians that genuinely take their time to listen to you, advise you on exactly what they find, how they will proceed to treat and why, as well as some helpful tips for future, what to keep an eye on etc.Over the months, if there were any queries or concerns, Jake went above and beyond to respond. Specifically, last Christmas break I had a some small concerns and really didn't expect a response until the New Year. Honestly we could not be happier with the meticulous service we have received, we didn't realise the severity of our roach problem until this service bought them out of hiding and eradicated them! Jake came to my rescue after my pre-purchase inspection done by another company failed to find active termites in my walls. I was distraught but Jake was so calming and came out the day after we found them. He provided me with a realistic plan to tackle the termites and has continued to do so for 12months. Communication with Jake was fantastic from the first phone call, Txt messages before & after service.We had Greg come out to service our property, he was very friendly and explained all the treatments to my daughter and answered questions regarding our animals.Our house was treated in December and 2 months on we are still seeing proven results.
