We have recently sold our previous and bought our current home in a 'Subject to sale' transaction with Spencer, and I'm impressed at how smoothly and timely it went through. He guided us well, and provided practical advice on the presentation of the house. He has access to an excellent photographer, and achieved a top spot for the online ad, resulting in a fantastic exposure. I could not fault Spencer in any way, his professional attitude, sound advice and spot on appraisal won me over. I don’t know many agents that would offer to help by mowing my lawn and scraping back my eaves ready to paint. I am certain none of the sweet talking arrogant cowboys out there that underprice your home for a quick sale would get their hands dirty.. Worst Real Estate Agency. Do not use this group - they are completely incompetent (you have to know the Residential Tenancy Act Back to front - do not rely on them know any of it), lazy (you will have to follow up on your own home being unkept and dirty after each rent inspection), the fees you pay should go on 4 rental inspections per year but when they don’t complete them they will say “it got lost in the system”. Complete waste of money - we are taking this further but hope to warn other in the meantime. Our experience was with the one in Duncraig.

Trying to get anything done by the property management is near on impossible, Sarah in particular does not reply to any of your calls or emails. Aircon broken for 6 weeks in summer, Swimming pool components broken, Pool turning green also during summer months, Draws and cupboards hanging off. Absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely no communication what so ever. They just don't care! We really hope no one else is being treated like we are, but I'm sure there are others. Be warned!

Spencer was outstanding agent. Having started selling our house with another agent (watch out for other Kingsley agents). We quick found that they were just interested in dropping the price and we decide we would owner sell. After trying to sell ourselves for a few months, Spencer approached us and committed to getting us the price we wanted. He helped us spend our marketing budget well, used his knowledge to get us extra free marketing, and sold the house like it was his own in a few weeks of relisting. I am so thankful Spencer found us and reestabliahed our faith in getting a great real estate agent that cares about more the another quick sale. Thank you Spencer from our whole family.
