Tried to make contact with The artist because I was looking for someone to do my first tattoo I enquired on your website and Insta I get a email saying please use our insta site. I did to make the inquiry to get the tattoo done, but don’t worry. I have found somebody else to do it closest to my town so you just lost a customer.

Went there yesterday to get some piercings done. Amazing people. The bloke who did them was lovely, made me feel so comfortable. Didnt kick me out straight afterwards, let me lay down when i felt a bit woozy.Will definitely be returning for tattoos when i can. Such a amazing space ❤❤

TERRIBLE customer service. I've been attempting getting in contact with them for months; everytime I call, (yes, during business hours) they dont answer and the person who deals with email correspondence is completely unprofessional. I've had to send follow up emails twice after not being responded to for weeks, and even now they havent responded and it's been two months!I havent even managed to get in the store to speak to someone because their advertised hours are never correct!

Not a fan needing both parents to sign a 16yr old for a tattoo even with court documents showing the dad signed rights away still need him to sign 12 yrs of not seeing no contract nothing..

Great skill and very clean business but they only charge size and not hours which can be expensive. Cost me at least twice as much if not more for my last tatto than it should have.
