Gus is an excellent young butcher who has gone against the trend and established his own shop in Meadows - not for the faint heartedHis display is limited because of the size of the shop but all you have to do is ask and it will be “out the back”My SA born wife was a big fan of the Fritz, so much so that we had to get some especially packed for the journey back to VictoriaYes, it costs more than the supermarket but the quality is there to be tasted - if not savouredWell done Gus

Regularly buy the pet mince. Great quality and freshness. Have also bought marinated steaks and they were delicious. Will be buying more meat from here next time I'm in!

This butcher shop may not have the biggest meat range but what it does have is usually very good quality. It is our preferred butcher in McLaren Vale, due to it being much cheaper than Ellis Butchers.
