Found beautiful poinsettias for our Christmas tree after searching a whole bunch of stores.They also have a range of AMAZING Hamptons style interiors!

Service people has 2 faces and feel uncomfortable...The recent shopping feel terrible.The staff said we don't pay for working over...If you do the job, love it or do it good way.Otherwise find another job....

Beautiful store with lovely products - either for home or gifts. They always change their stock frequently too. Staff are helpful, but the owner tends to be quite moody on occasions.

Congratulations to the two female staff members working at Brentwood Interiors today, you lost two sales. My daughter and I visited the store this afternoon and browsed the beautiful displays. I was going to purchase a gorgeous tablecloth and my daughter was going to buy hand wash and lotion. We were not greeted by either staff and when I picked up the tablecloth to view it closely, my daughter caught one of the staff lower her glasses and stare as if to say don't touch. My daughter caught her stare and still not a word said. I put the tablecloth down as my daughter said Mum why would we buy from here if they cannot even say hello". So we didn't. Neither said one word to us as we walked the entire store

They sell really nice decors and gift items which I often time purchased. Usually it is because I don't know where else to shop for the things I am looking. However the women who own the shop is rude and unfriendly. Always having this sour look on her face. It is a real pity as I would take my friends there but just know it is not the most pleasant shopping experience.

All I can say is WOW! My first visit to Brentwood Interiors was a truly wonderful experience. I had no idea what I wanted and was slightly overwhelmed about what choices to make, but the friendly owner was so helpful and knowledgeable in offering her expert opinion on the many options I had - she spent a great deal of time with me, never rushing me to make a decision. I walked away with a clear idea of what I wanted, some amazing styling tips, stunning furniture pieces on order and incredible soft furnishings . I will be back again and again.

I visited this beautiful shop 2days over this weekend to complete the look of my lounge and chairs with their beautiful cushions. They have beautiful products and shop has been designed in a very nice way and inspirational. All sales persons are very helpful and they have been patient with helping me choosing the right colour and design. Highly recommend this shop and their sales assistance.

They have a beautiful things but the service is really snobby. If you’re not dressed in your Sunday best, you will be ignored. I always feel like doing a “Pretty Woman”, I have tried it a few times over the years and got the same response, now I go up to the florist or the newsagent if I need candles or nice things.
