I'd consider this a neutral review.I enquired about a minor service on my 1990 mariners which are running fine.Pacific Blue advised they do not service older outboards and I could have trouble getting parts.Felt this was strange as I never have and the fact they (twin outboards) are now serviced with no problems getting parts as usual.They did get back to me, so either way I appreciate this.

I had Blake out to service my boat before I sold it, just to make sure it was good to go. I must say, I am impressed with the way he treated the boat and how clean he left it. You can tell they treat them like they are there own. Wish I dealt with this mob alot earlier. I will be using them again for when I buy a new one to do everything... thankyou once again. MARK.

Mick and Mary provided excellent service, answered all my questions, and explained the pre-purchase inspection well. I thought I was buying a shiny well looked after outboard and boat however Mick found the motor was internally corroded and lucky to have 1hrs life remaining. This has saved me the misfortune of having to buy a new outboard at around an additional $15,000. I am grateful this was inspected by Mick and shows how important a pre-purchase inspection is.Matthew

Mick has been servicing our outboard for a few years now & have been extremely happy with his service. Recently we had a problem with our hydraulic steering & a quick call to Mick had the problem diagnosed & said the part would be ready in 1/2 hr which it was . It was also just after is normal closing hours & no charge for the part. Thanks again Mick!
