Excellent customer service. Quick replacement of a swab stick that arrived broken (through no fault of The Flute Tree team - it was well-wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard and it must have been tossed around in the post).

Recently I bought a beautiful flute. The assistant guided us sincerely, explained well and waited patiently until my daughter had an idea of which one was best for her.So the process of purchasing is fantastic but very recently she had a small accident with her flute. One key didn't closed properly. I booked to fix that problem but it was only available one and half month after. I was a little unhappy to hear about the lack of service availability. I hope repair booking is as available as the purchase of the flute.

Flute Tree have been bringing an annual showcase to Perth for the last few years, giving flute players an amazing opportunity to try a huge range of instruments that isn't otherwise available here. I went in to get a spring fixed and just by engaging with the staff and talking flute, they were able to help solve an issue I'd had for years. I saved up to buy a new flute (discovered at their showcase and not something I would have thought to try otherwise), and it only took 25 hours from ordering on the phone to delivery on the other side of the country. Outstanding service from people who are truly passionate about craftsmanship and musicianship.

The team at Flute Tree are exceptional! I recently visited the store and was warmly welcomed into their beautiful premises. In-particular I received excellent guidance on purchasing a new flute from James, expert repair work on my much loved head joint by Mark, and fantastic advice on new repertoire and potential teacher from Sam. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Flute Tree for all your fluting needs!
