Amazing good natured staff and fantastic clothes at prices to kill for!! I got yellow Adidas yoga pants for $5.50!!! And a new bra for $3.50 and new organic cotton panties for $3.00!!!

I visited The Brotherhood earlier this year and was amazed.This store is far and away the best I have ever been into...so wonderfully staffed and the merchandising, displays and general care and energy is warm, clean and welcoming.Heather, the manager is always accommodating and prices all things reasonably, so that even pensioners such as I can still leave with that little something. This store is a real asset to the community. It caters for everyone.Please visit so you too can give it five stars.

Friendly staff and great layout, make sure to ask when they get different stock in. If you go in to late after the new stuff goes on the shelves the best deals can be gone quick with how popular this place is.

We were extremely impressed by this store at Pakenham.The service was amazing, The staff were friendly, helpful and lots of smiling face. And not forget they also have wonderful stuff. These made us so comfortable and always looking forward to shop at this place. I would like to thanks Mel, Gerda and Heather for their excellent service. I personally give a credit to the store manager who made this Op shop worth while visiting and shop. I highly recommend it.

If there was a zero, I'd give this store!It's now a new thing to attack a customer right? And the rest of the staff was ok with it because she had no one to stick up to her.My girlfriend came to buy a curtain and I was on the phone with her to also get more stuffs for me. Kind of her, she was showing me the varieties they had in the store and came back to pay for what she already picked out but guess what, some lady that called herself a Volunteer took back what my girlfriend picked out because,she was on the phone and wasn't sure if she wanted it". Now this is new because I haven't seen where you pick out stuffs to pay for on the counter and the store comes right to the counter and take it out without asking you if you're taking it or not or even courtesy!Some people still are illiterate enough to hate darkskinned!!! And the other staff were muttering behind her and cheering this Volunteer woman up. What a disgrace to other charity stores and Christian stores. I will always stick up if someone was wrong but my girlfriend was told she was "rude"rude". If that was not humiliating enough

One of the staff members there were so loving, caring and understanding. She went beyond measures to help guide me through my hardest of times and I’ll never forget that. Thankyou
