Super friendly staffs, awesome service, clean and organised space. All the services from nails to waxing to eyelash are awesome. The owner Mimi personally ensures all the customers are being well taken care of which is really unusual in this business. A regular customer and I LOVE them❤️

Best nail salon! The girls were so friendly, welcoming and kind. They had good suggestions and also listened to our personal preferences. Well priced and their attention to detail is amazing. After today I won't go to any other nail salon!

To be honest, I came here with pretty low expectations but was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my full set! Very friendly and talented staff who accommodated me as soon as they open their doors. I was very happy with the end result as many nail places I have tried cannot do the designs I ask for. I’ll be returning!

EDIT: I called them off the back of the reply they left on this review. They are in fact not sorry and said that only customers who bleed are entitled to refunds. Petrifyingly negligent customer service and dodgy mani pedis don't fall into this category. I confronted them about posting a few fake 5 star reviews after my negative feedback and she admitted to it saying we only post good one because you post bad one." Would a truly worthwhile business bother doing that? Surely they'd allow their product/service speak for itself...Terrifyingly BAD! Had an appointment for 9am but when we turned up they were not ready for us. Didn't feel welcome from the get go and treated like we were inconveniencing them. Really rough with gel removal and felt heat penetrating my nail bed as they filed. Asked for them to take of a tiny bit of length and file into round shape

Would not recommend for waxing. I have been going to this salon for a while now, I am not sure I will be returning. My nails have always been great however I asked the lady for a quick tidy up of my eyebrows. I am now left with hardly any. My eyebrows before were defined and thick and now are thin and straight. I only asked the lady for a tidy up and just to take off the stray hairs. She clearly didn’t listen. Not to mention the area still hurts and this was done on Saturday. The lady applied the wax to the top and bottom of my eyebrow and then proceeded to rip both areas of wax off at the same time which really hurt. Very disappointed and upset with what has occurred and would recommend staff be properly trained in waxing and know what they are doing so this does not happen.

Amazing place!! The girls are super nice and careful! Favorite nails I've ever gotten, they are so cleanly done! Definitely recommend! Good prices as well.Went again this month and they went above and beyond to give me what I wanted!! Ten different coloured french tips! They were so nice about it and professional and quick! The best!
