Thinglab / Freedspace

I purchased an Einscan HX from Thinglab/Freedspace a few months ago. They were awesome to deal with, fantastic customer service and the product is outstanding. Ben was super friendly and happy to give me a hands-on demo before I bought the scanner.I had a couple minor problems with software initially, once I contacted Thinglab/Freedspace they got straight onto it, were happy to help and got it resolved in no time. Truly impressive service and I couldn't be happier with my experience.Would recommend them to anyone looking for great products and great staff.

Both staff members i spoke to early today ( Jon and nit sure the other guys name sorry!) Were extremely helpful to me and gave awesome tips and pointers for a beginner to start off, showed me a few things and helped me out lots and just a great experience!

I have been using the 3D printing services of Thinglab extensively for about 3 years now. Within this time, I have primarily conversed with Jon Bloomfield and have been exceptionally satisfied with the quality of work, customer service and expertise. Jon is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is very accomodating, fast to reply, knowledgeable, generous and friendly. At times, Jon has even very kindly sent me a few pieces to test new 3D printing materials etc. without charge. All of my 3D printing projects have required exceptional accuracy using the Formslab printer as the printed parts have been used to manufacture prosthetic appliances. I would never use any other company and would highly recommend Thinglab to anyone seeking high-quality 3D printing, a friendly service and at a reasonable cost. Thank you Jon and Thinglab for all your work over the years! I look forward to continuing our working relationship in the future!

Fantastic customer service from Jon and the team. Nothing was to much trouble from getting samples made through to the many questions I had in relation to the Form 3 3D printer. Highly recommend!
