I can't believe how amazing the staff of this store so professional

Wonderful service! First time visit to this brand and I was hugely impressed.I was looked after by the lovely Selena (I hope I’ve spelt it correctly). I was greeted promptly at the door, advised of special deals which I ended up taking advantage of! I was given space to browse but quickly attended to when i had questions about the products.With the busy periods and the current review culture where only the negative is shared, it is worthy of mention when you receive exceptional service. Thank you Selena! You made me feel very welcome and comfortable in your store. I hope you are recognised internally for your amazing service skills. I will definitely return.

Good to have L'occitane boutique shop in north sydney area.

The store manager Michelle kept the store open for me even though I entered slightly after 6pm. She had an energetic yet professional manner and offered fantastic customer service. I can't wait to come back to do my Christmas shopping. Thank you!
