Uncommon Ground Landscapes

We had Ryan and Tracey do a wide range of duties at our Distillery, from bottling of stock, maintenance, warehousing and tending to our agave plantation. All duties were carried to a high standard, they are hard workers, trustworthy and I would highly recommend these guys to any future employer.

Ryan and Tracey recently helped me complete some landscaping jobs before a big event at home. I gave a basic briefing of what I would like to see, both Ryan and Tracey went above and beyond, making it look far more professional than I could have hoped. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to engage their landscaping services. We would welcome them back should they come through our town again.

Ryan and Tracey performed quite a few jobs at my investment property in Darwin. They replaced and painted skirting boards in all the bedrooms, replaced tiles in the kitchen for the splash back, repaired a number of damaged cupboards in the kitchen and repainted all of them. Their workmanship was of high standard as can be seen in the photos.

We are so pleased by the transformation of our backyard from being an overgrown eye sore to a very pleasant space that we can enjoy all year round. Ryan’s design skills are most impressive as is his choice of plants to provide colour throughout the year.This project with Ryan and Tracey was a very pleasant experience from the initial site visit and discussions, through the design and implementation stages to completion. He listened to our ideas and delivered a great design which also makes the backyard more manageable and safer to get around. This is the second project Ryan has undertaken for us and we would unreservedly recommend Uncommon Ground.

We are thrilled with our new outdoor play area at Happy Hubbub and, most importantly, so are the kids! We especially love the use of natural materials to create play equipment, such as the big logs and rocks that are now balance beams, stepping stones and sand pit surrounds. Ryan's understanding of childcare requirements, coupled with his passion for sustainable landscaping, has resulted in a cohesive outdoor play area that suits our community beautifully. Very happy with our garden design concept. Ryan really listened to what we wanted and communicated really well through the whole process. He came up with some great ideas that I would never have thought of. He's incredibly knowledgeable.Update: Step 1 in implementing Ryan's design - new chook shed (built by Ryan). It's very functional, but looks great too. Built with sustainable radial cut hardwood. Chooks are very happy :)

Tracey and Ryan sprayed weeds for us on our cattle property. They are punctual with a good work ethic and easy accomodating people to deal with. They sprayed about 600acres on foot with 200 metre hoses from 600 litre tank. This is tedious boring work but they did it without complaint. It was a pleasure to have a nice trustworthy couple that could follow instructions and be left by themselves to work. They had completely self contained living setup and were enjoyable to spend time with. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to any future employer.
