Our experience with VCM plumbing has been a very positive one completed at a very high professional level. Charlton and his team did extensive plumbing works in our house which included two fully renovated bathrooms and a powder room. And in addition involved all new water supply lines and waste pipes. Charlton always went out of his way to provide and install only the best quality. His workmanship was one of high calibre. I will definitely use VCM plumbing again and we highly recommend Charlton and his team.

Contacted Charlie on Monday lunchtime, hot water service had blown. Had a new service installed Tuesday morning! Great workmanship too.Also steered me away from upgrading the system as I would get no benefit for the substantial extra cost.

Charlie came out and helped remove old broken/busted hot water unit and install a brand new hot water unit. I advised VCM plumbing about a riduculous quote i recieved from a main stream franchise plumbing company.Charlie quoted us a reasonable price... and ensured job could be done for much less.This job was completed professionally and urgently as was in the middle of icy winter weather.Highly recommend his services, he was an absolute dream to deal with.Appreciate the follow up after job was done to ensure all is going ok. On all of my dealings with Charlie and his team from the initial call to the install or repair it’s been an easy experience. Of late our hot water system broke down after 20 years and I called Charlie on the Wednesday and he was here with a new hot water system and installed it the following day . And he also had the old system picked up the following day . Fantastic reliable and prompt service has always been my experience. I can only recommend highly.
