The car fridge freezer works well, however I'm very disappointed with a problem that has occurred. The inside lining of the fridge has started to peel which has exposed a metal base under the lining, and that base has started to rust.I was 9 months out of warranty when I took it back to the retail outlet that I bought it from. They contacted SnoMaster and the company replied saying it is out of the 2 year warranty so it wasn't their problem.It is obviously a manufactures faulty product or poor workmanship.I feel SnoMaster have been very unprofessional and have shown a particular neglect of responsibility in helping me out trying to fix their very poor workmanship.I will be letting my many caravan and camping friends know about SnoMasters lack of business sense and very poor customer relations.I will also be very active on social media ie. Facebook and Instagram telling people to keep well away from any product that SoMaster produces.

The Snomaster (The Bush Company) have amazing after sales service. We have a 60L fridge that stopped working on the corrugations coming back from Cape York. The guys were quick to send parts to our repairer and get our fridge back working quick smart.Warranty claims are normally a nightmare but the guys made it super easy. Highly recommended!

Overall the fridge runs ok (after the first fridge needing to be replaced in the first couple of weeks). For the money invested I would have expected a much better quality finish. After a recent trip I took my fridge cover off to give the fridge a good clean and I found the outside starting to rust. I consider myself someone who takes good care of their gear so was shocked to see the state of the outside of the fridge. After contacting SnoMaster I was told it is a known issue and that condensation builds up between the cover and the fridge and the fridge should not be stored with the cover on. News to me. As I am close to 12 months outside of the 2 year warranty there was nothing SnoMaster could do to help. Very disappointing result after spending a significant amount of time reaching fridges, trying to support small business and paying extra for the 'privilege'I hope by posting this it helps others in their research to buy a new fridge.

Great to be able to ring up a company and talk to someone who knows all there is to know about their products. Purchased a 85l combi and couldnt be happier with it.
