Literally killed my grand mother. Funeral was great tho.

Staff are extremely rude and have no consideration for others. Rude RN just screams all the time and carers seem to just hate being there. They abuse and bully the students there as well. Not a single smile from staff. Needs better management. There's better aged care facilities out there who treat their patients and staff a thousand times better. Yikes.

Great place great staff all round friendly people

I’ve worked externally with Casson Homes Inc for 40+ years, I recently came onboard internally. Really sad that people who say they know it well or have worked there actually have no tangible association with the organisation at all. How can they write reviews like this. This organisation is one in a million ….. it would be nice to look beyond the words of these not so pleasant reviews and see the truth …. care and attention EVERYONE provides to the residents. The staff and management are great, they work harder than many see. Everyone is working with change …. Regulations, costs, shortages in staff and many external factors. This is a 100 year old organisation moving into a new digital age and addressing change with open arms. Be kind people, if you are considering a role at one of the facilities, look for yourself, these reviews are not what they seem and we encourage you to come see for yourself, this amazing charity and team that work tirelessly in the North Perth Community.

I went to work there and can't explain how terrible I felt about staff specifically that RN who has such a worst attitude. It would be better for all the staaf and resident of that facility if manage fire that RN.
