Brilliant Service allAround with Westar Truck Derrimet i ordered new Truck with them a year ago Truck was delayed i spoke to Paul Cooper Sales Manager he Organised Loan Truck for me in the meantime for Free was Awesome.I could have been in tough situations with Rentals as Rents are sky heigh these days.Secondly Finance Manager Ian Schmidt is very Very Good and finally Ian Sales Person was Very Friendly and cooperative.It was a Great Experience with Westar Truck. 5 Star Rating

The service team are very professional and friendly especially Michael Porter who goes out of his way to make what ever you need done happen to get you back on the road asap. Severely Understaffed and overbooked, told pickup 12pm on Saturday, had to wait an hour until 1pm in truck lounge for truck to be ready, truck lounge coffee machine out of order, so tried the bottle water but it tasted funky like slime, checked the bottle it was packed three years ago and BB date was may 2022 have had sore guts since drinking it, staff that were there were very friendly and professional, it’s a shame they don’t have the support needed from such a big company that charge top dollar for there services.

I was waiting for 20 minutes in partsNo one showed up and staff doesn't give proper answers.Keysborogh branch has the best staff and always looks after the customer.
