Matt was amazing. He measured my floors precisely and efficiently. He was cheerful and friendly and was very patient while I considered all the different colours. He explained the break down of all costs and answered all my questions. I would recommend Matt if you needed a measure and quote.

Our experience for our carpet replacement has been disappointing. What was promised at the time of sale was not followed through. It was most certainly because we were dealing with different people and because the job dragged on for more than 6 mos. To be fair, they have tried to help us in several instances. They were helpful at the start and reassuring. Matthew and Antonio answered all my questions patiently and were accommodating.We put in a deposit for June last year. They said there was no stock so we agreed to move the carpet install for Sept. Come Sept, stock still delayed. We didn’t have time to move furniture then, so planned it again for Dec. A week before install, no stock again and planning to install 23-24/12. Of course we couldn’t. The mngr Colin ended up revealing in a phone call, they used the carpet meant for us for another job. Ended up being Jan install. We relented as we had other things going on as well. We were glad when it finally happened. Installation was stressful. They did it for 2 days. First day, Carpet call provided installers with the wrong plan. Installers were then hard to deal with- dismissive and abrupt. I called them out on it. I have been told they do not have any other installers on the day if I refuse the current one and that they are good at their job.Lastly, they told me at the start, they can pull out the stairs carpet including the staples. I specifically asked them to include removing all the staples to make it safe because we were not replacing carpet on the stairs (looking at stairs runners eventually) and I was assured it was part of what we paid. On day of install, they said it wasn’t.Second day installers (different guys) are polite and efficient and happy with them. They have been great! Much better job! Tidied up after even! I appreciate this very much!I found Colin to be a lot less accommodating than Matthew and Antonio. Even when we asked if we can borrow a sample of the carpet in Nov, he was rigid about the small time frame we can have it whereas Matthew was a lot more flexible about this. I found it off putting how different the level of service is. There is a disconnect on the continuity. I honestly would have looked elsewhere for our carpets if I knew I was going to be dealing with different people.

Matt came out and measured my home for my carpet installation. He was swift, precise and made great suggestions on the installation. In store prior he was a great help in selecting the right carpet for me.

We dealt with this company a few years back for our floorboards & went back because our first experience was great. We need carpets & dealt with Matt this time around. He was pleasant to deal with, professional & upfront/honest. Highly recommend!!

Received awesome customer service based on solid knowledge about carpet laying from both Costa (manager at Carpet Call Watergardens) and his colleague (Matt). We are looking forward to use our new carpets.
