My daughter went here to get a gift. She asked what time they closed and said she'd be back. When she went back later the store was closing much earlier than the shop assistant had stated. My daughter stood outside as the doors were being closed to have the shop assistant yell at her that, 'we're closed'!!!! Pretty crumby for a small town store to do this to a teenager.

Because it's located quite a bit out of Sydney they have lots of stock of items that are usually sold out or hard to get In the Sydney stores.I was able to pick up a few older items that Sydney stores had no stock of and were not getting more of.

Surprised to find an EB games store in Katoomba! It's small but has a nice selection and received outstanding service and help from Bundy.
